Bufete CASANOVAS-MATOSAS was created in 1978 as a result of the association of two legal professionals, José Ignacio Casanovas y Francisco Matosas.
The firm specialised in providing businesses with mercantile and tax advice. In time, these areas of expertise were expanded to encompass labour law and litigious-taxation with the appointment of new lawyers Jordi Ponsá e Ignasi Casanovas.
The Bufete CASANOVAS-MATOSAS was always known for its professional and personalized character, both towards businesses and private clients. This stemmed from the beliefs of its founders, from families of lawyers that for generations passed on the principles of responsibility and professional ethics which remain among the core values of Laudis to this day.
